Tracy Lee and Jeni Campbell are combining their experience and passion for teaching to create this wonderful weekend. Held at the beautiful Friars in Aylesford Kent, enjoy a weekend designed just for you!

Using Yoga for breathing and posture, Meditation, Relaxation, and Psychic/Spiritual Development - join Jeni in the mornings for some light yoga by the lake, followed by breakfast then a day of fascinating workshops.
