As a medium I get involved in different types of work. Each of us has different strengths and areas where we are strong in abilities to help people over come loss of a loved one or to help another earth bound soul pass over to the light. This type of work is very draining and can leave you tired and weak for several days. It’s called Rescue work. Its helping earth bound souls who are trouble due to incidents on the earth plane that they have not resolved with family or friends in other word some people suffer bumps in the night electric going off. Things fall over and windows bursting open with no apparent reason.
Many of you would have seen TV programme with similar themes. Others would have watched programmes about ghosts and about people who go to places and pick up information about passing and try to give help to authorities to solve crimes. You have also heard accounts of these people afterwards being drained and needing time to regain their own energy and protection.
On with Roy’s story as I go I explain a little bit about him as at the time of our first meeting I was not sure who he was and what he wanted. My first in counter with Roy was my car Radio bursting out a Beetle song Help I need somebody Help just any body. With that came a terrible pain in my head and my whole body felt that I had fallen down from a height and I was disorientated. I also got the name Peter.
The pain was so strong I pulled over and within a few minutes it passed. I made a mental note please who ever you are I will try to help but I have a few things to do first can you come back in while. My response was OK.
Through the day the Beetle’s music was with me and I had decided that I need pain killers as my head was thumping. I was later that night going to a meeting of like minded others. Known as a Circle it was run by another Medium I knew and it was a chance to meet and mediate and just work through any areas of concerns. To be honest I had not planned on going that night as I was really feeling tired and my body ache all over. I thought that I was coming down with something. I was planning on phoning to cancel and every time I picked up the phone I got an electric shock and the word go.
One thing I will say about my work I don’t discuss my readings with others I may give a brief out line but it will be general and not at all linked into anyone. Why because I protect my clients and I have held this story for 3 years it’s only Now that Roy asked me to tell others to show you that it’s not all a story line for entertainment that I am letting you know his story.
I arrived at the house at 8pm I was late surprise, surprise so when I got there people were already seated and settling down.The time to talk over and the time to listen to begin. In the group I saw 2 people that I had not met before. But as it was rude to start asking question and I was not leading the group sat quietly down and we began to mediate.
As I sat there I could feel Roy’s presence he was standing behind the man opposite me he was pointing and saying Peter.
I could smell rock cakes cooking I could here a guitar playing and I could see him pointing to another this time a woman he said her name was Susan. Sergeant Peppers lonely hearts club band was also playing in my head I felt sparks.

e mediation asked if anyone picked any think up. She went around the circle and people were talking about feeling cold some said they sensed presences and others just talked about the energy of the room.
When it came to my turn I said I have some information from Roy for Peter. The man opposite nearly fell of the chair his lady grabbed his hand and said this is not funny it took me all my strength to get him to come he just wants him to stop the night mares the pain just stop the woman was almost hysterical. I was asked to continue. I told them that Roy suffered with head aches had had done for years but was too lazy to do anything about them. He and Peter had row about them many times. He was chalk and cheese from this brother and he loved playing the guitar. His favourite music was the Beetles and he had been trying to get a message over for days.
Peter and Susan confirmed my story and Susan said that she had gone out with Roy when they were at school but it did not work out and they had split up. Six months later met Peter at a pub with a group of friends and they began dating she did not know they were related till after a row at his house and they had met up for the first time all together. Roy was jealous of Peter’s abilities to be able to do so many things and the head aches made his mind muffle.
What happened next was that after Peter and Susan left Roy started drinking and playing music real loud the neighbours next door started complaining and he went to go to answer the door tripped on his guitar lead and fell down and bashed his head. Causing a blood vessel to break and he was gone in a flash.
Peter was contacted as the next of kin and blamed himself over his brothers dead. Roy confirmed that it was not Peter’s fault that he could have gone anytime that he had been to the doctor and was waiting for the results. He was sorry that he had hurt them both and wanted them to be happy.
Roy’s energy was so strong that I asked to hold Peters hand. Through me he could feel his brother he got to say goodbye and He and Susan no longer have bumps in the night his final word to Peter was the Beetle song Hey Jude -whoa man the light so bright I can see Dad. He then smiled said thanks and went.
At the end of the evening I finally got introduced to Peter and his girlfriend Susan they filled me in on the bits I did not know He gave me a hug and said he felt so much better. My next job was to apologise to the leader of the group for taking up so much of the groups time Yes we had done a Rescue of an Earth bound Soul but I was tired and worn out. I also realised that
It was her group and to have to watch another do this type of work in your own place can also put a strain on relationships.
What it showed me is that spirit find the person who will help them pass over the message it finds the one who will understand its energy and will keep trying to it finds the key to open the door. It also gave me a lot of respect for people who do this type of work as it physically and mentally draining that why also sometimes I just post random messages to help someone somewhere gets just a little peace.
